GREAT NECK.   Looking for a rustic setting wherein you can devour a mammoth porterhouse and munch on fried potatoes? This time-honored steak place is perfect. Remember not to ask for a menu, though, because they're reserved only for tourists of the most naive kind. Luger's makes dining simple by serving only one cut, the porterhouse, but they do it extremely well!
