PORT WASHINGTON.   Here, at one of Main Street's more serene dining spots, Mr. Yamaguchi and crew achieve gold medals from local critics for deliciously creative fare and laid-back attitude. Indeed, this is the type of place wherein folks find it easy to get comfortable and stay a while, taking in the authentic Japanese artwork and enjoying handmade sushi and sashimi prepared at the oak bar.
