HOLLYWOOD.   A cousin of the veritable Chicago institution, this western outpost holds its own with big names and a full slate of shows seven nights a week. Improv is the name of the game, and almost every conceivable variety is on display – long and short form, theater sports, and spur-of-the-moment musicals are just a few of the shows that keep guests rolling in the aisles.
