WOODLAND HILLS.   This tiny, intimate restaurant serves consistently excellent Continental cuisine, including dishes from Italy, France, and Spain. Quaint lace tablecloths, attentive servers, and a chalkboard displaying specials du jour add to the charm. Although the menu changes often, past favorites have included filet of beef, bouillabaisse, frog legs, and paella, which must be requested at least a day in advance.
