ROSEMEAD.   The sea's bounty provides unexpected, flavorful dishes at this Rosemead favorite. Fish tanks line one wall of the restaurant, indicative of the level of freshness you'll find on your plate. If you're in an adventurous mood, there's plenty to sample – shark's fin soup, braised abalone with goose webbing, and deep-fried pigeon await.
