MONTROSE.   New Moon devotees happily make the short journey from LA for inventive Chinese dishes and a relaxed atmosphere, complete with a large-screen TV at the bar. Candied pecan shrimp, Mongolian beef, won ton soup, and a distinctly un-rubbery calamari appetizer are among regulars' favorites.
