9. Shiro

My husband and I visited Shiro tonight after reading many positive reviews and we were completely disappointed. We ordered the catfish, sea scallops, and crème brûlée. The catfish was okay but you can stop by any Chinese restaurant in the San Gabriel Valley and get something 100% tastier for half of the price. The scallops we small and not worth my taste buds. The crème brûlée was also a disappointment. Fruit in the watery dessert? The dinner did come with a SMALL plate of sides... the sides were a joke. The design of the restaurant and the service were also nothing to rave about. Everything was bland and uneasy to the eye. This is one of the worst restaurants we've ever been to. We feel like we've been cheated.
