WEST HOLLYWOOD.   Known primarily for its superb catering business, this tidy little spot also does a bustling take-out business at lunch and dinner (there's a handful of tables for folks who prefer to eat in). Apricot-glazed ham and brie make for a delicious and unusual sandwich, while tarragon chicken salad with field greens and Joan's own vinaigrette is a light, healthy choice.
