2. Cozi Couch Gallery and Cozi Couch

"I would give Cozi Couch a zero star if it was available. I am compelIed to write this and inform potential buyers of this business. I original saw the couch in August of 08 in their Los Angeles store on 3rd Street and Edinburg. I loved it so I decided to buy it. I went to get the cash and gave them my deposit, then send them a check for the rest of the amount the next day. 5 days went by and my check was cashed. A week later and I have yet to receive my couch. I called and was told that they had sold the same couch to someone else! The next day, I was informed that there was a water stain on the couch and asked if I wanted it if the other person they sold that same couch to doesn't want it or ......do I want them to make me a new one. Of course I wanted them to make me a new one. I did not paid for a damage couch. Long story short, as of today, Dec. 20th, 2008 and many phone calls and false promises later I still have not received my couch. They have my money but I don't have my couch. I'm finally fed up and asked for my money back. I am waiting for their response. Please, please stay away from this place! I don't want anyone to go through what I am going through right now. "

"When you first go in there they are nice as can be. Flash foward 12 weeks and I still don't have my couch. I have been given the runaround every time I call and get different dates each time. For the amount of money I expected WAY better service."
