BEVERLY HILLS.   This world-famous strip has appeared in countless films and served as the background for many a TV show, and for good reason. In the world of high-end fashion, Rodeo and "chic" are synonymous, and for three blocks, shoppers are dazzled by Armani, Gucci, Christian Dior, Chanel, Valentino and Bijan (which boasts million dollar wardrobes).
