9. Third Street Promenade

SANTA MONICA.   The Promenade, which runs adjacent to Third Street from Broadway all the way to Wilshire, is a "must" for those serious about shopping. This eclectic strip contains a variety of shopping and dining options, many of them sporting a quintessential beach town feel. Catch a movie, peruse curbside vendors, watch street performers do their thing, or just find a seat somewhere and marvel at the eccentric passers-by.   (© 10Best)

There are shops like Zara, Urban Outfitter, Bebe, guess, Levi's, Lucky brand, Aldo, Steve Madden, Anthropologie, etc However, there are some great consignment stores, one block up on fourth street which is still considered the promenade, called wasteland and crossroads trading co. Wasteland is mainly vintage and crossroads is more for bags and such.
