(based on 3 user ratings)  EDITOR REVIEW: PASADENA. Now recognized as one of LA's premier comedy clubs, Ice House dates to the 1960s. At that time, Pasadena was in dire need of a live entertainment venue, and although folk artists sometimes took to the stage, by the 1970s, the club's management decided that the place would be better off as a launching pad for up-and-coming comedians. This decision led to a parade of big-name laughs: Lily Tomlin, David Letterman, George Carlin, Steve Martin, Tim Allen, and Jerry Seinfeld, to name a few.
