If you're in an adventurous mood, there's plenty to sample – shark's fin soup, braised abalone with goose webbing, and deep-fried pigeon await. However, safer choices like steamed prawns, hot and sour soup, and Dungeness crab pan-fried with chiles can also be had. Dim sum is offered until 2:30pm.
