Horseback riding, surfing, snorkeling ... if you enjoy being outdoors, then Los Cabos is for you. A location at the junction of the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean offers some of the best waves along the west coast. Although windsurfing and surfing beaches are too rough for swimming, plenty of other spots let families paddle in calm waters and observe underwater life teeming around natural coral reefs. Whale watching, kayaking, and eco-tours (such as sea turtle viewing) keep you dry while still allowing you to enjoy the waters. Activities in Los Cabos are not confined to the deep blue sea either.
