4. Playa de Amour (Lover's Beach)

CABO SAN LUCAS.   Lover's Beach is accessible only by boat, which keeps crowds to a minimum. Plan a trip here for a quiet picnic, to swim in the calm waters, and to stroll to the nearby Arch of Poseidon ("El Arco"), a beautiful, natural stone arch. This area is where the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean meet. Water taxis are available from the marina and the Medano Beach area.   (© 10Best)
