CABO SAN LUCAS.   Fishing charters are everywhere in Los Cabos, and most of them are quite reputable. But ABY Charters, founded in 1991, is unusual in that each fishing boat is owned by its captain. This truly guarantees the highest level of maintenance and quality of gear, which in turn means that the customer has an excellent success rate.
