Cabo's nightlife has two settings – off and on. San Jose del Cabo is quiet, with only hotel bars to break the silence after sunset. However, the Cabo San Lucas scene tends to be rowdy, with a "spring break" atmosphere year-round. A small number of wine bistros and piano bars bridges the gap for "the rest of us," who desire a night on the town without the ringing ears – or pounding head – to show for it. -- Kelly Boland, Contributing Writer
