CABO SAN LUCAS.   People don't come to Los Cabos with the intention of spending too much time cooped up in a casino, which explains the lack thereof. But should the urge strike you, this is a decent substitute. It's appropriate for families throughout the day, too, with a game room filled to overflowing with pool tables, dartboards, backgammon, 3-D golf and arcade games to keep the kids happy. Die hard betters will want to check out the nightly blackjack and poker tournaments upstairs.
