CABO SAN LUCAS.   An open-air bar at the Plaza del Mar, El Agave is ideal for wiling away a few afternoon hours with a frosty cocktail or cerveza and a friend or two to chat with as you people-watch. The bar boasts a notably wide-ranging tequila selection. Nachos are available should you get the munchies, but plan to move on to one of Cabo's excellent restaurants come mealtime.   (© 10Best)
