CABO SAN LUCAS.   A short walk from Medano Beach is this romantic Continental restaurant. Dine in the "ocean room" with its large saltwater aquarium, or outdoors by the pool, where you can gaze at the stars between courses. Start with the smoked Dorado pate or fresh seafood bisque. House specialty entrees include roasted Cornish game hens in champagne sauce and lobster medallions in black bean sauce. A wide selection of chicken dishes, steaks and pasta selections rounds out the menu.
