Relax with a cocktail or a glass of wine from the extensive cellar while watching the sun set behind El Arco. Fresh Mexican herbs and spices intensify the Pacific Rim cuisine, which includes house specialty rotisserie-grilled duck with orange-plum sauce. Seafood is generally served with black bean or curry sauces, and lobster hash is a real treat.
