CABO SAN LUCAS.   Restaurants along Playa Medano are usually somewhat casual, but this spot tends to be more sophisticated. The menu features pecan-crusted dorado and delicious garlic-roasted lobster and shrimp, which are served with a heaping portion of scalloped potatoes. Folks unafraid of carbs delight in shrimp fettuccine served with the chef's homemade bread. Tequila mousse is the restaurant's must-try dessert. Smart-casual attire.
