CABO SAN LUCAS.   Alexander's is ideal for a date or a special occasion. The dramatic and inventive menu includes Continental, Mexican, Swiss and Asian influences. Highlights include tempura shrimp, duck a l'orange and several fondues. There's also an assortment of flambéed meats and seafood, the platters arriving tableside with a flame and a flourish.
