CORRIDOR.   The embodiment of "casually elegant," the Westin Resort's Arrecifes restaurant is decidedly stylish without being stuffy. The atmosphere is relaxed with live jazz and the almost de rigueur fabulous ocean views, and the menu takes cues from Asian, Mexican and French cuisine. Perhaps the best way to experience the kitchen's prowess is to try a combination platter: the seafood trilogy features lobster, shrimp and scallops in varied preparations, while the hearth trilogy highlights venison, beef and pork.
