CABO SAN LUCAS.   Although there are no menus, make no mistake: you will eat exceptionally well here. A traditional South American style steakhouse, Brasil's servers make the rounds of the dining room bearing long skewers of roasted and grilled meats, from bacon-wrapped turkey to rack of lamb to filet mignon.
