CABO SAN LUCAS.   The number of locals at this establishment is a clue to its strong appeal – delicious food at reasonable prices. Brick-oven pizzas are the main draw, but large fresh salads and creative calzones win kudos as well. Homemade pastas, such as gorgonzola stuffed tortellini and spinach and ricotta cannelloni are quite satisfying, too.
