5. Felix' Fine Mexican and Seafood Restaurant

CABO SAN LUCAS.   You are not hallucinating: Known as Mama's Royal Café in the morning, this place transforms into Felix's, come dinnertime. The family-run establishment serves some of the area's freshest and best Mexican fare. Thirty or forty salsas are prepared from scratch daily, and corn tortillas are made according to an old family recipe. Felix's also uses lots of fresh seafood in dishes such as fish tacos with dorado and Mexican bouillabaisse thick with shrimp, crab, scallops and sausage.
