CABO SAN LUCAS.   La Casa del Pozo offers steaks and seafood with a Mexican slant. Menu standouts include shrimp sautéed in garlic butter and flambéed with the house's own blue agave liquor, authentic chiles rellenos, tender arrachera beef, fried whole red snapper, and excellent guacamole. Try a special dessert such as bananas flambé or crepes Suzette, which are dramatically prepared and flamed right at your table.
