SAN JOSE DEL CABO.   Despite its name, Voilá specializes in upscale Mexican cuisine with a modern twist. The trendy little spot has all of 30 seats, but packs a punch when it comes to big regional flavors. Seafood often features, as in the lobster burrito with manchego, avocado, cabbage and mango chipotle salsa; pistachio and macadamia nut crusted halibut with habañero fumet; and carrot battered shrimp with tomatillo-kiwi salsa and green tomato risotto. If you're lucky, the homemade cuitlacoche ravioli with corn cream sauce will be on the menu – it is an amazing taste experience! And don't miss the tequila kiwi tart for dessert.   (© 10Best)
