CABO SAN LUCAS.   Although Los Cabos boasts plenty of restaurants with amazing views, few are as impressive as the one from Puerta Vieja. There it is – El Arco, in all its glory, perfectly framed in window after window. This is the ideal setting in which to enjoy fresh seafood. Start out with a seafood cocktail with shrimp, octopus and scallops, or a bread bowl full of lobster chowder. The specialty is the house surf and turf (lamb chops, shrimp and lobster tail), but there are several other surf and turf options combining steaks, shrimp or lobster.
