If you love fantastic Italian cuisine, make your way to this classy establishment for excellent meat dishes and tasty pastas. The elegant, romantic interior in what was once a bank features traditional paintings and comfortable leather chairs. The menu boasts temptations like swordfish with crushed olives and capers, several varieties of veal scaloppine, roasted rack of lamb, and spagetti with lobster and asparagus. There's also an excellent wine list. Business dress suggested.

If you like paying for spoiled food, this is the place for you.
Not the 5 star expereince I had hoped. Caesar salad was bland and I had to request fresh ground pepper. Appetizer of tortellini carbonara style was over cooked and missing the prosciutto. Tableside dinner prepartion, that was really more like heating up your dinner, was showy but didn't help the food. My wife's medium tournedoes were well done, though generally good flavor. The vegetables heated table side were inconsistent - the green beans burnt my mouth while the potatoe was luke warm. My shrimp dish was bland and as I cut into the third of five shrimp, it was mushy and mealy - clearly bad. I stopped eating at that point and showed it to the waiter. I was offered complimentary dessert, which I turned down as I was still not over the bad dinner situation. The check came and I was charged full price for the shrimp. I told the waiter I was willing to pay for the half that I ate if they felt a need to charge me for serving me bad shrimp, and he left to adjust the check. The arrogant owner came over and didn't seem to understand why I thought it inappriate to charge a patron for spoiled food. The waiter came back with the check and they actuall charged me for half the price of the shrimp instead of taking it off the check.
I worked in top restaurants in San Francisco and Los Angeles for 10 years, and is not how any owner with even the least bit of class or just basic good business sense would treat a patron.
