Reconstructed in the 15th century, this 14th century mansion belonged to the Thomassin family. As a direct result of the booming cloth trade, the Thomassins' wealth enabled them to build this private home on the "Place du Change," a popular area where trade fairs were held during the Middle Ages. One of the oldest of its type, the mansion has many interesting qualities, including beautifully crafted sculptures and archways. METRO: Vieux Lyon.
