Up and coming chef and owner Bruno Delamare, who travelled extensively in Middle East, Australia, America and gained his fine dining skills working for 2 star Michelin Hotel Negresco in Nice, the 3 starred “Bruneau” in Brussels and the famous Hotel Ritz in London. Menu Zen is the most popular in his ala carte menu, a subtle but inventive creation using the regions fresh and finest ingredients from is travels. His cuisine is modern but not forgetting the French classics. In his menu are King crab with avocado, confit tomatoes, cucumber sauce and petit salad with wasabi vinaigrette and for main course sautéed of sweetbread with lemongrass and asparagus and the famous soufflé with sautéed apples flambé with calvados and homemade green apple sorbet.
