2. Café Soleil

I started going to Cafe Soleil because of the Farmer's Market (their pastries are a well-preserved institution), but now go all the time for incredible fresh lunches and pastries during the week (I try and branch out but I love the trout salad). They are one of the few places in town actually living up to the standard of sourcing locally and sustainably raised products. Totally friendly and bright in there too!
