3. Lao Laan-Xang

This is by far my favorite Asian cuisine experience in Madison. The traditional dishes, with non-wimpy spice will have you dreaming about it. Also the crab rangoon is such a pleasure, guilty as it may be. Just ask the staff for a few suggestions, they won't steer you wrong!

This place is great. I eat here whenever I get the chance.
