2. Buddha del Mar

A new concept in nightlife, Buddha del Mar offers a restaurant, lounge and all-night club under one roof. One of the most unabashedly fashionable nightspots in town, it attracts the likes of David Beckham and Jade Jagger through its doors. The entire building is oriental-themed with candles, incense, exotic woods and over 260 statues of Buddha, throughout the Kudetá restaurant, the chill-out Balinese terrace, and the disco playing conventional house and dance music. The restaurant serves a pan-Asian mix of Vietnamese, Thai and Japanese dishes at conventional tables – or if you are lucky, large Balinese beds – enhanced by "transcendental Buddhist sounds."   (© 10Best)
