5. Jockey

SALAMANCA.   As the name suggests, this small luxury restaurant is decorated with equestrian prints. Jockey has many extraordinary dishes from which to choose. The specialties include stuffed capon and the local dish, tripe Madrileña style. The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes.
