5. Kim Bu Mbu

Kim Bu Mbu offers the irresistible Chueca combination of ethnic cuisine, carefully hip décor, model-like waiting staff and excellent music. Oh, and there's some food too. This time it's African cuisine (or a Spanish version of African at least). While it may be not be the most authentic, the fine flavor draws crowds. Woodcarvings and sculptures from Mali decorate the dim, black-slate dining room, which is alive with the chattering of the blazer-and-T-shirt crowd.
