6. El Olivo Restaurant

Jean Pierre Vandelle created this restaurant in praise of olive oil and sherry. Specialties include grilled filet of monkfish and four different preparations of codfish served together with pil-pil sauce. Another famous dish is the foie gras with sherry and red fruits.
