Bazaar does not accept reservations; so if you don't show up as the doors open, then forget about landing a seat here (unless you don't mind waiting in the long line outside). The darling of the Chueca scene, this very inexpensive restaurant is where students and young couples with arty hairdos flock to enjoy an affordably trendy buzz and pose amidst chic minimalist décor. A chicken salad is big enough to share. Imaginative dishes include anything from gazpacho with basil ice cream to seared tuna with mango chutney, all presented on those enormous square white plates so in vogue at the moment.
