Glamorous Hotel Bauzá has only furthered its reputation for class and excellent value with this stylish restaurant. Punctuating the usual minimalism in tones of white, beige and gray, the giant windows allow diners to gaze onto the swank shops of Calle de Goya. The menu is creative Mediterranean with a touch of Asian.
