ThisNow a huge chain, this first-rate American eatery first set up shop in Madrid in 1971 and was one of the first American restaurants in Europe. Their premium dinners include ribs, steaks and an array of sandwiches. A great taste of America in the heart of Spain. Metro: Quevedo

The food was undercooked for everyone but me and one of our party members had a raw tomato in the meal.

I would advice, any person visiting Madrid to avoid this restaurant, the food was cold, and the burgers were under cooked, the staff are completely ignorant and have no appreciation for there customers, during my visit, we were aproached by a waiter who spoke english to us, and when we took our seats we were being dealt by a waiter who spoke absolulely no english, and refused to let us be served by the english speaking waiter, after ordering from a spanish menu, we picked up another menu from the arrivals stand, which was in english, but of course our waiter, replied with ''no english''.
