An unmissable store for lovers of kitsch, this large arts and souvenir emporium is conveniently located across the avenue from the Prado. One of the specialities here is porcelain figures from prestigious companies such as Lladró (which produces pieces that can cost thousands of euros) and the more affordable Nao. There is also a wide range of the famous artificial black and white Majorica pearls, and arts and crafts from Toledo. This city, one hour from Madrid, is famous for its metalwork, particularly its swords and armor.
