Great Modern space, friendly service and excellent cocktails and food. Good looking people, especially in the summer because of an outstanding terraza. I truly love this bar because they have very tasty and creative cocktails which use infused spirits as their base like a vanilla and strawberry vodka or an apple and pear whiskey. Their food is beautifully presented, served in small portions to share, and it combines Mexican, Japanese and Mediteranean flavours (my favorites!). Please check this place out because it's hard to find, but well worth it!

Extremely cool bar in Madrid that even has a cocktail lounge called Gintonize, dedicated to gin. Located in the Cibeles area of Madrid it boasts a fantastic modern Spanish menu, great wine and the largest range of gins you will have ever tried in Spain or anywhere else for that matter. They have been lovingly collected by Ellie Baker, enologist, and Bristol Bar manager. Gintonize is the real gin club of Spain and naturally has all the typical gins plus lots of other hard to find specialties. Top drinks here are the Dry Martini, Negroni, Gin Fizz and naturally a great Spanish style Gin & Tonic, mostly gin, loads of ice, not a lot of tonic.

Come throw down American-style at one of the coolest clubs in the typical, premier party zone of Madrid. You'll feel right at home splashing them pong balls in some ICE-COLD BEER and pounding Jaeger bombs, all the while mixing with and meeting people from all over the world. Always a chill, comfortable environment

A small bar but in my opinion it has the best "classic cocktails" in Madrid. The barman is extremely talented and very approchable. He loves to talk about his love of mixology. The prices are incredible for what you receive, and the downstairs area has a nice, cozy space to relax and enjoy the drinks. Great place to go before and after a nice dinner with a group of friends. Because of its size you feel like you own the place when you have more than six friends with you. Highly recomended!
