Casa Paco's trademark is that all steaks are served on plates hot enough to continue to cook the meat while it is at your table. There are other options besides steak, including sole or baby lamb. Frenchman Jean Pierre Vandelle created this restaurant in praise of Spain's olive oil and sherry. Specialties include grilled filet of monkfish and four different preparations of codfish served together with pil-pil sauce. Another famous dish is the foie gras with sherry and red fruits.
