Best Breakfast in Manchester

"I am a regular at Chiggy's Place. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat. The waitresses are so friendly. On a weekend it's always busy, so plan on waiting a bit for a table. But once you sit and eat you'll realize it's well worth the wait. The french toast is amazing. Biggest cup of coffee you'll get in a breakfast restaurant. A breakfast for two is about $15-$20. Overall great food, cheap prices, and good service!"

"The kichen staff are friendly and very busy in the 3 times I have visited Chiggy's. Waitress staff are slow clearing tables and thru all this the owner is barking orders at the two young men in the kitchen, which patrons could obviously hear. Her sour attitude and frowning I'm afraid will drive other patrons away. This may be something to ponder as unhappy customers have more breakfast choices in the surrounding area."

"Lets just say not the friendliest place you can go to eat. The boss seems extremely rude and she seems liek she hates her job. Our waitress dis her best job of trying to ignore us, and the food took about a half hour for a not so complicated order. I can understand if the food is worth the wait, but it was not. Strawberries were a frozen syrupy mess on my waffle, and the sausage tasted like any ol frozen stuff you can buy anywhere. I say major points are lost due to the service and the long wait for subpar breakfast food."

"Upon arrival, I noticed that Chiggy’s Place seemed to be very unsanitary. One would expect that this was from the place being packed but there weren’t that many people in the small, claustrophobic like surroundings. The food wasn’t that good and a tad bit on the overcooked side. The “manager” was borderline rude, and was throwing the plates around like she was having a bad day, and was more interested with flirting with a “regular” then making food. Breakfast food shouldn’t take 20 mins to make when there are one 3 tables there eating. I would recommend that you skip this place and hit up the next breakfast joint you see. Pass this one up."

"I would like to express my opinion about Chiggy's Place on Kelley St. in Manchester. I think the food is good, not great. My problem is with the attitude of the manager. Upon entering the restaurant this morning at 6:30, with one other person, we were greeted with "take a table for two" from across the room, when I mentioned that we may have one more person. We were told if we sat at a table for four and the person didn't show we would have to move to a two person table. Not if it got busy, which I doubted at 6:30 in the morning, but just loud and rude from across the room. This is so ironic, because taped on the menu's is a paper requesting customers support to the best restaurant in town to be voted with the hippo press, needless to say they don't get my vote. This is not the first bad experience I've had with this person, but it will be the last."
