6. Julien's Corner Kitchen

Our experience in this restaurant was beyond wonderful. It was like a home away from home. The food was excellent and reasonable. The staff was friendly and welcoming. It was filled with beautiful things to look at. Plus, it was immaculate. We made a stop here for breakfast during our road trip. We were not sorry.

The poor rating I've read hear have bee very surprising. The pirices are reasonable (esp the specials), the decor is outstanding, and most importantly the food is great. [Homefries are homefries--Not french fries!] Please see for yourself, this is a clean, tastful place to eat.

Cozy atmosphere, prompt and friendly service, delicious food. Need I say more? :)

I dont see how this restaurant rates in this directory. What a terrible waitress experience I had there and the food was about average. Manchester needs a better locale..

I will never return to Julien's. Our waitress, Jess, was rude and argumentative. I have never been the object of such abusive treatment by a server.

I was never so insulted in my life...I was traveling from another state and stopped at Julien's for breakfast. Much to my surprise, I was treated so poorly by the waitress and then the owner over a $3.00 fruitcup!! Yes, a fruitcup! I originally ordered the fruit cup w/out cream and the waitress made a mistake and put the cream on top. I waited 5 minutes and as she never returned, I then tried to push the cream off but realized it had reached the bottom of the cup. When I went to send it back (because I can't eat cream) they would not give me another w/out having to pay for two. She then accused me of eating half the fruit cup. I did not eat any of it and other patrons around saw that I didn't touch the fruit. After I said I didn't want to pay for a 2nd cup the owner then came out and said..."do yourself a favor and never come back here!" He kicked me out basically over an honest mistake that his waitress made!! Unbelievable...I've never been treated this way in ANY restaurant and wanted others to know how the owner treats his customers!! He even got confrontational w/ me and my boyfriend in front of all the other patrons over the fruit cup! Things can't be too good if he's fighting w/ people over a $3 fruit cup!!

Service was poor. Waitress was not friendly and made several mistakes. Food was just OK.

Poor customer service. After the inital order (which was incorrect), the waitress disappeared. Had to track down another waitress just to get coffee re-filled. Food quality was just satisfactory. When the original waitress showed up again, she was racing to other tables with no thought of mine.
