CONCORD. The historic John Ball Home, which dates from the 1750s, serves as the base of operations for this organization, whose aim it is to raise the level of and increase appreciation for the arts in the Concord area. The gallery features rotating exhibits of American visual art, including several each year that focus on local talents. Included in the permanent holdings is a cornucopia of sculpture, paintings, and handcrafted furniture collected by the association's founder, Elizabeth Wentworth Roberts.
