The Buzz -- WGBH’s 6th Annual A Christmas Celtic Sojourn with Brian O’Donovan comes to The Hanover Theatre in Worcester. A must-see holiday tradition, A Christmas Celtic Sojourn with Brian O’Donovan features a ensemble cast that offers an intimate sharing of Christmas music, dancing, songs and stories in the Celtic Tradition. This year, Brian O’Donovan welcomes Irish super group Solas, led by Seamus Egan. Since its birth in 1996, Solas has been loudly proclaimed as the most popular, influential, and exciting Celtic band to ever emerge from the United States. Solas will be joined by Galway Singer Sean Keane who is making a rare New England appearance in A Christmas Celtic Sojourn. Cara Dillon, one of the fastest rising stars in Irish traditional music, will be joined by pianist Sam Lakeman on the Hanover Stage.
