STE-MARIE.   This little shack may not seem like much from the outside, but Tatie Simone's (a.k.a. La Découverte) is a tourist favorite thanks to its relatively inexpensive prices and homestyle Creole fixings. Specialités de la Maison include fresh blood sausage with green chiles and shark, octopus, or lobster couscous.
